First Pick in Steelhead Harborside

I am utterly thrilled and honored to have had the very first pick to choose a lot in the new Steelhead Harborside sim! I selected what I believe will be a beautiful parcel on the end on the peninsula overlooking the water on all sides. Although I maintain apartments in Regency and the shop in Mayfair, I have never had a true Colonial District home so I am very, very excited!I was still dressed in my kimono from being at my friend Mr Anatine's store's grand opening.
