Jason Moriarty
Insane lycan. Murdered three in New Babbage. Tried to use the Porta Terrarum device to release the Old Gods. Whereabouts unknown.

Doctor Obolensky
One to watch. Operates out of Caledon Stormhold. Is an old pro at the evil genius game.

Denver Hax
Prominent inventor. Charming, yet not to be trusted due to evil genius propensities.

Former spy gone rogue. An assassin skilled with poisons and other AV toxins. Very handsome, but master of disguise. Operates in Caledon and Babbage.

Qlippothic Steel
The insane android doppleganger from an alternate future of Caledon fire chief Qlippothic Projects.

Mal Tomorrow
Seen in Babbage. One to watch.
Whereabouts unknown.

Baron Klaus Wulfenbach
Rules Europa
with an iron fist. Hero to some. Villain to others. Maintains a consulate in Caledon Kittiwick. Enemies: the last of the ruling families, the Other, and the Heterodyne family--particularly its last heir Agatha.

What is this? Villains are the new Snapple, now? They've been crawling out of the woodwork these past few months. Did Jobias place an ad in an issue of "Villains Weekly"?

Non-sense, Miss Laval. You haven't been listening to my *dear* half-sister Zoe, have you? She's obviously jealous of my scientific work. She seems frazzled by her active schedule....

[loads drug into syringe]

Yes....yes...she does need a rest.

You and I really should meet over tea, Miss Laval...

[loads a second syringe and places it in a small rectangular box]

You both spend far too much time [voice raised in anger] writing such outrageous accusations!...[right hand shakes involuntarily. she grabs it with her left hand to make it stop]...[calmly continues] Clearly there's another side to this story you have not heard.

[places boxed syringe in her bodice]

There is a bigger picture to consider.

Let us not forget the insane were-creature known as Jason Moriarity of New Babbage. (current whereabouts unknown.) He murdered three citizens in cold blood and nearly brought about the destruction of the entire universe in his mad quest to loose the legendary elder gods from their aetherdimensional prison. If it were not of the efforts of Professor Nareth Nishi, we may none of us be here now to even broker any discussions of lesser villains.

And there is still the mysterious Mal Tomorrow. Some of his holdings had been briefly seen in New Babbage, but now, (and perhaps to our benefit and good fortune) there is no sign of the man.
One must keep a sharp eye out for his presense. The man is extremely clever and more than dangerous.

Yes Sheriff, the villain count has increased dramatically. Yet think of the ones we do NOT know about.

Thank you Mr. Dagger...how could I have forgotten Moriarty?

Miss McMahon...It is threats like that one that make me realize that I will have to be armed at all times now.

Wow, goody! Lots of people to retire!

Baron K. Wulfenbach said...

*snort* Colonel O'Toole, if you insist on trying to 'retire' me, I shall be forced to withdraw my offer of a meal and a stein.

And you, Fraulein Laval... tsk. I thought I left this sort of attitude in Europa.

Edward Pearse said...

Evil Genius? Possibly.

Villains? Moustache twirling hacks!

It's the ones who don't have "villain" stamped on their calling cards that you need to worry about.

Eladrienne Laval said...

Well yes Lord Primbroke, that is exactly what I told the Sheriff...the ones that aren't obvious worry me more.

And now, now Baron...while I find you exceptionally charming and your diplomatic efforts noteworthy, I had to place you on this list due to your--well--actions you have taken before.

Baron K. Wulfenbach said...

[mutters under breath while taking notes] 'Bringing peace to Europa and maintaining same equates to "evil" and "villany".'

Ah, I have that clarified now, danke. I shall endeavour, therefore, to restrain myself from being peaceful in-world.

Ah, thank you for the list of possible contacts. It would be a pleasure to meet up with like minded individuals.

Thank you very much, Miss Laval

Oh, what? You'll start an Evil Geniuses Union now? *sighs*

I do not know how you found out about me Miss Laval, but you're on MY list now!
