A New Shop in Steelhead

I was sitting at the Point and thought I'd take a walk into the City...I came upon Mrs. Peterman's lovely new industrial warehouse-style shop built by Lunar, who was present as well as his demon brother Mr Chronos Fhang. Mrs. P. specializes in Pacific NW items and is very excited about her new dry goods shop . It seems her rather "big-boned" kitty will be keeping watch...

Steelhead Steampunk Exhibit

I managed to catch the steampunk exhibit curated by Mr Bartleby Kidd at the Steelhead Public Library just before it closed. It was a very well-thought out and planned overview and the notecards made for good reading later.

Steelhead Town Meeting 4/21: SteelCobra Gets Arrested

I had a bit of fun in Lunar's Boomtown shop last night. You can take a picture with a trout (FISH!) in front of Steelhead backdrops ("I visited Steelhead and all I got was this fish!")...As I've said before, Steelhead town meetings are rarely your normal staid civic events. Tonight, an explosive device was found in Town Hall...And Emperor SteelCobra was arrested and taken into custody by Mr Fitzgerald, in Steelhead SWAT ("Nuns with guns") uniform...
I'm sure Sheriff Fuzz will treat him well. God knows the rat won't. I can tell you that from experience! For more about the Emperor's arrest and goings-on in Steelhead, click HERE for the highlights.

Adventures in Steeltopia

When SteelCobra Calamari, the mad blue Emperor of Steeltopia, asked me to design the official uniforms of the Steeltopian Navy I was more than happy to. I had one of the first shops there and have watched this little nation grow. Here I am in the ensign's uniform with the INS ironclads behind me...He is a lot of fun himself and last night he decided to give me a tour of the mines, as it had been a while since I'd been down there...
And we ended up in a boiler room. That did not bode well, trust me...Nothing like roaming underneath a city. The mines will soon be relocated...The Emperor also has a chain of small coffee shops called Steelbucks that he "franchises" (contact him if you'd like a branch!) There are two on one block alone near my home in Steelhead! I once visited them and went on a tiny rampage through town. Steeltopia is a fun place with a steampunk feel. Go visit if you haven't been there before!

Steelhead Town Meeting: 4/14

Last night's town meeting we were on very good behavior. No one was wearing a squid on their head or amything this time. Wait...what that is so not normal. You may read the highlights of the meeting and find out more about what is going on in Steelhead HERE.

An Interesting Evening

The other night I stood in the doorway of the lighthouse at Laval Point, the portraits of my (RL) great-great grandmother and aunts behind me, and wondered..."What shall I do?"
I sat with some tea by the water, but this was entirely too sedate for me!I decided to take the old airship out for a spin over Steelhead! Yes!Although, after dodging mountains and the Hotel & Ballroom Tower, I soon realized that a sedate evening knitting in front of the fire at the Messmer estate in Caledon Penzance with our kitty snoozing by my side wasn't a bad idea...
