The Guvnah sent out a message that Brigadoon had landed and was a sandbox/ice rink. Of course I strapped on my skates and did jumps and tricks to my heart's content! How fun!Later that evening I went to the Radio Riel headquarters for a listening party of the first two chapters of one of my all-time favorite books, Dickens' A Christmas Carol. It seems Jagermeister Szondi loves it too as we were saying lines in unison ("No, your past."). I counted up to 4.5 "Humbugs" (Marley made Scrooge think twice about fully saying one!)
When it was over, Miss Nadir and I jigged as--inspired by the Fezziwig party--Duchess Gabi played "Roger de Coverley", the only song mentioned by name in a Dickens novel...
At the end, I joined Mr Offcourse and Dia in Port Caledon in his new workshop for a fun conversation as Mr Offcourse worked on his latest creation...
