Farewell to Ice Castle Xero

High in the skies above Caledon Morgaine, a beautiful castle of ice has been floating...
Owned by Xero Silverspar, many of us joined him and danced upon his ice crystal ballroom floor last night to bid it farewell...There he is behind me in the Strand cover with the Guvnah. I shall always remember being in my shop in Regency when it was new and seeing snow and knowing he was near...I stood in his crystal study, where I knew he had been trying to find a way back home...If the castle is leaving, then he must have succeeded in doing so then. If that is so, then I wish him much luck upon his journey home and he will be missed. It was always a bit warm for him here.

A Masquerade

One of the concluding events of Steelhead's fairy tales festival was a masquerade, surrounded by the art hung in the ballroom...Here I am in front of mine and Gryffin's contributions. Congrats on a lovely festival! I am looking forward to the storytelling again soon!

Fairy Tales Kickoff & Swan Sitting in Regency

I managed to catch the end of Steelhead's fairy tale festival storytelling session tonight as Col. O'Toole regaled us with a story from 1001 Nights...An overview of the ballroom and its fanciful decorations, including an orrery by Miss Hilra suspended from the ceiling...
Later that evening, Lunar and I had a bit of fun sitting on the swans in the central waters behind my shop in Regency, much to the surprise of my neighbor Mr Palisades. My cleaning bill will be a bit interesting given all of that satin and velvet, but at least I won't have to burn it like the dress I wore exploring the sewers that time...

Happy Anniversary Caledon Tanglewood!

Caledon Tanglewood is the heart of Caledon in a way, with its large trees and majestic forest feel. One of Caledon more "quirky" sims, there is always something special that makes you smile when you visit. Home to Caledon's "woodland creatures", Tanglewood turned one today...Mr & Mrs Mordecai & Kacy Scaggs hosted a party aboard their incredible Rakehell airship that hovers above the forest. The fae, furry and tiny all turned out to dance!
I could not help but wonder...what has happened to all of the tinies of Tangle? Didn't there used to be more? I am very often a tiny, but I don't really see others...
Either way, a knee-high critter such as myself was delighted by the spread, including tiny tea, wine and cake!
And I thought Miss Vandeverre looked lovely...

A Visit to Brythony

Recently, the two sims of Brythony joined the Caledon/Winterfell landmass. Brythony has a fantasy steampunk theme and Dia and I thought it'd be fun to go explore them. What we found were two really pretty arts-focused sims filled with artist's shops and residences, castles, a tiny village......and even a Stonehenge replica high on a mountain. It is a lovely sim to stroll through, so do make a visit to our neighbors up North!

Fantasy Night in Steelhead

Tonight was "Fantasy" night in Steelhead and everyone turned out with fantastic looks!Here I am in full fae form...
Everyone had a great time--enough that we managed to crash the sim!
Even Puck managed to get inworld and came as a faun! I was so excited to see him! It's been way too long! Afterwards, I showed him my new land and the tiny fun there...
Which included swinging. I love to swing...
