I have had Dr Alter on my Evil Genius register for quite a while now, but this is the first time I have had a chance to meet her minion, Mr Quan, while I was at Mr Hassanov's place in Tamrannoch with Miss Connolly. Mr Quan gave a veiled threat and had a tiger set upon him, although I think it just wanted to play. I did tell him to tell his employer that I am watching their activities...is Hidden Paw active again?

Mr Quan Pays a Visit
I have had Dr Alter on my Evil Genius register for quite a while now, but this is the first time I have had a chance to meet her minion, Mr Quan, while I was at Mr Hassanov's place in Tamrannoch with Miss Connolly.
