Roaming Babbage Palisade

Phin and I thought we'd take a walk around Babbage Palisade and had a look at the new Academy of Industry...We explored its empty halls and rooms...
And in another build, found this curious contraption...could it be from a future yet to happen?

Happy Birthday Baron!

I had a very lovely time in Steelhead tonight celebrating the Baron Wulfenbach's birthday! He is quite light on his feet I must say...After I had my dance with him, I put on one of my favorite dresses and danced as my squirrelly self with the evening's music presenter, the Duke of Murdann...
Later on that evening, after a breezy sail on the Firth, I settled into comfortable chairs at the Connolly Park gazebo with Phin in Mayfair...

Packing It All Up

Here I am sitting on top of my build of the Gearz club. I had a wonderful time being involved in Steelhead's RFL build, but now it was was time to dismantle it...All three mini-builds might be available in the Ballroom later...
But the wonderful Wulfenbach Castle will more than likely not be rezzed again...
We were all sad to see it go, but Miss Tanaraian Davies, Lunar, Mr SteelCobra Calamari, Mr VelesJaeger Munster and I celebrated it by riding the train for almost an hour talking and laughing...
Thank you everyone!

A Quiet Sunday Evening

Lunar joined me at Laval Point for a bit of coffee and tea. He had been up until 7 am his time doing laps at RFL and did over 90K m worth. No wonder he is slumping forward in his seat...He tp'd me to look at textures for his next build--a total revamp of Miss Katt's island and home...
Later on that evening, we rode through the now-quiet RFL sims on horseback looking at all the builds, including this steampunky "Time Machine" sculpture by artist Bryn Oh. For more pics and excerpts from my RL journal that I kept during my mom's battle with cancer, please visit HERE.

SL Relay for Life...Thank You

I walked alongside fellow Caledonians Mr Dagger, Miss Book, Miss Messmer, and Her Grace Duchess Primverness during the Survivor/Caregiver lap today at SL Relay for Life...We fought through tremendous lag, but it was so touching to see the folks lined up alongside the track to cheer us on. I did over 20K m worth of walking before I was done, which makes the over 300K m worth of laps that Lord Vid did really amazing! When I finished the Survivor/Caregiver lap, I headed over to Caledon's site to see him off...
Thank you all so much for your support and participation in RFL. Thanks to folks such as you, RFL was able to raise over $53 million Lindens (over $197,000 USD)! Mom & Robert, I love you both...

Caledon's RFL build

I had a chance to stop through Mr Equine McMillan's wonderful steampunky build for Caledon's RFL site when I went to set up my RFL vendors there. I thought I had pictures of the upper levels, but they seem to have not gone through...
